With the help of our experienced staff, you will prepare your own
balanced meals from scratch every day, including breakfast, lunch,
dinner, snacks and, yes, desserts.

Baked Banana Delight are only a few examples of the daily variety of
appetizing dishes. No prior skills are required.

Health Holidays Yukon we don’t just teach ordinary cooking classes.
While anyone can dutifully follow the instructions in a recipe, we’ll
give you the opportunity to add some extra spice to your life – the
pleasures of creative cooking.
This may sound intimidating to some, but do not fear: it’s within reach
for any of us. We will help you discover your creative inner chef and
experiment with choosing ingredients and spices.
Do you ever find yourself peering into the fridge and wondering how to
whip up a tasty meal from what is available? That’s what creative
cooking is all about, and you will learn to give it the solid
foundation of healthy nutrition. Step outside the box and celebrate
your creativity, because it is right there for you to play with – just
for the fun of it!
You will marvel at the range of delightful foods created with simple,
wholesome ingredients. Our small group sizes of 4-5 guests allow for
individual coaching with food preparation and personal nutrition
issues.
Designed equally to enhance wellness and energy and for
a wonderful eating experience, these meals are also fast and easy to
assemble – helping you to continue a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle at
