General Information
Registration: In order to reserve your place in our program, please contact us by phone or email. We encourage you to book early, as availability is limited. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your space. Upon receipt of your registration form and deposit we will send you a confirmation package, including a detailed clothing and equipment list, medical form and release form. Completed medical forms and waivers are due 30 days prior to your arrival date and are prerequisite to starting the program.
Payment: The balance of the fee is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If the remaining payment is not received 60 days before arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Payment can be made by direct deposit, money order, certified cheque, Visa or Mastercard.
Our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, and a 5% general sales tax will apply. For guests wishing to pay by direct deposit in US dollars, we will provide the exchange rate of the day of transfer.
Cancellation Policy: Upon receipt of a cancellation confirmation by fax or email, cancellation fees are structured as follows:
| Up to 91 days before scheduled arrival: | You receive a full refund, less a $200.00 administration fee |
| 90 – 61 days before arrival: | 30% of total amount |
| 60 – 0 days before arrival: | 100% of total amount |
If you have to cancel 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, we will give you the option to rebook within the same year, depending on availability, with your full deposit/payment transferable. If no space is available, cancellation fees apply as outlined.
Cancellations less than 2 weeks before arrival cannot be re-scheduled. No refunds or credits are available for late arrivals or early departures to/from a program for any reason, or if guests are unable to participate in a scheduled activity, for any reason.
Insurance: We highly recommend that our guests purchase trip cancellation and extended medical insurance at the time of booking, including emergency evacuation insurance covering all expenses associated with a medical evacuation. If you require an evacuation for any reason, the expense incurred through the evacuation will be borne by the person(s) evacuated.
Cancelled Programs: Although it is highly unlikely, we reserve the right to cancel a program prior to the scheduled beginning date. If we are forced to cancel a program, a full refund will be made immediately. In this case we will endeavor to re-schedule your program at the earliest possible date.
